Beratan Lakke
Beratan Lake is a caldera lake situated on 1231 m above sea level with 3,8 km with maximum 22 m deep water. It is a shallowest lake in Bali Island with water volume about 0,049km and this lake is a closed lake. The visitor can access this lake through the small port provided or stop over at Ulun Danu Temple. This lake is opened for public and appointed as a tourist destination in Bali, where the visitors able to do the sightseeing, recreations, or other outdoor activities. Some of the water recreations can be done in this lake includes Banana boat ridding, water skiing, paddling boat and traditional boat rental. We can also find the local people fishing at the edge of this lake.

You can also find some beautiful restaurant serving mostly Indonesian food where the visitor can enjoy the meal while enjoy the beautiful scenery around the lake with the unique Hindu Temple (Ulun Danu Temple) as magnet for every visitor to visit. The agriculture activities in a small scoop can be found easily in this area including close to the lake and those panoramas can be seen when we surround the lake using the boat. The visitors are also able to take the photos with the stunning view of lake and hill as a backdrop.

Beratan Lake is strategically located beside of the main road from Denpasat to Singaraja where it can be reached within 2 hours from Denpasar town. It is easily accessed by any vehicles due to very good road with comfortable trip for every visitor who visits this place. This site is become one of the tourist object to visit on Bedugul Tours. There is a mosque set close to the lake that is indicating the high tolerance of Muslims and the local communities.
