2. Telaga Waja River Rafting

Telaga Waja River is one of the longest river on east Bali start to runs southward Bali from southern slope of Mount Abang. Mount Abang a peak at the south rim of Batur caldera as the nant of tremendous eruption which was probably happened at the same time as other super volcanic eruptions along volcanic belt of archipelago. Telaga Waja River is close to the biggest temple of Bali, the Besakih and cut the foot of the highest mountain of Bali that Mount Agung on the west side. With it’s specific current, clean water, natural views and soft rapid Telaga Waja River has becoming more and more popular among the adventure seekers on Bali to experience the thrill of holidays which combination between culture and nature.
Although Ayung River is the most famous rafting place in Bali, but Telaga Waja River remains the best rafting ever in Bali. This river has a difficulty level 3 – 4 but still safe for the beginners. The rapids are very challenging and of course will boost your adrenaline racing. Telaga Waja river is located in Muncan village, Karangasem district, which neighbors to Klungkung district. This area can reached within approximately 1,5 hours from Denpasar, Kuta, Seminyak and other areas in the Southern Bali.
3. Besakih Mother Temple
Besakih Mother Temple, the bisggest temple in Bali, located in slope of Mount Agung about 1000 meters above sea level. This is the first temple built in Bali or well known with Mother Temple built by the javanese priest Sri Danghyang Dwijendra who traveled to Bali in 8th century. Besakih Temple has big complex of temple included the family temple who add by another Javanese priest Danghyang Nirartha in 16th century. The main temple courtyard is Penataran Agung has a triple throne called Padmasana Tiga with separate seats of the trinity gods Brahma, Vhisnu and Shiva. Besakih Temple entrance ticket cost IDR65.000 or at around USD5.
4. Coffee Plantation
Coffee Plantation or Bali tropical plantation, Here at Bali tourism agro object, we can see and observe about any kind of herb and fruit plantation such as snack fruit (salak), star fruit, vanilla, jack fruit, cacao, papaya, coffee, etc. Coffee plantation mostly can be found at country side area. In Bali there are 2 kind of coffee, Robusta and Arabica. Most family in Bali plants coffee in their back yard or in dry field. Balinese people love to drink a coffee; they have a traditional way how to make coffee powder. They usually mix rice or corn to make coffee not too strong. You also have a chance to look closer how to make a coffee powder without chemical and test, drink it with free. The most exciting is, you can also test Luwak Coffee, special coffee you must try when in Bali.
